Movie Ad.

I finally watched Saw 5 last night.
I watched the first one years ago and hated it, someone recently convinced me to give the series a chance, 'the sequels get better, 3 being the best' and i will say he was right. They do get better after that first movie, but this movie felt like a Harry Potter movie. Building up to something great and epic but never actually getting there. We find out that Jigsaw had yet another apprentice, they went out of their way to explain the logistics, showing 'off-scene' footage of this guy, but unlike the other time they did that this felt a little forced. The whole movie was setting up this apprentice as the new badass killer and it ends with him being outed and claiming the Jigsaw title.

As soon as the movie was over i thought, oh i'll have to go out and rent that new Saw3d movie that came out a few months ago, much to my surprise i would end up skipping one if i did that. Ugh, i'm 5 movies into it, i might as well finish the last two right? Damn you, Jigsaw. Your movies were good two movies ago, but i'm too far deep to stop now.
